British politics is in a grim place right now.

We’ve experienced a series of terrible leaders recently, with many ranking among the worst in our country’s history. The current Prime Minister, Keir Starmer, has already experienced a massive drop in approval ratings in the last few months.

Tony Blair, by contrast, had a ten-year premiership and won three general elections in a row. While this sounds very impressive, Blair’s reign was much darker than most people realize.
