Most people have an innate desire to discover the truth and uphold justice. But sometimes, mysterious events elude our comprehension, and wicked individuals remain safe, free to carry out their lives without punishment. Indeed, these disturbing cases have never been solved, and it’s unlikely they ever will be.

1. Who was Jack the Ripper?

Jack the Ripper is the most infamous serial killer in British history. He committed his crimes in the late 1880s, and since then, no one has ever figured out the identity of this crazed psychopath.

The number of murders committed by the Ripper is still debated. But historians generally accept the Ripper murdered at least five prostitutes in the Whitechapel area of London: Polly Nichols, Annie Chapman, Catherine Eddowes, Mary Jane Kelly, and Elizabeth Stride.

As well as slashing their throats, the Ripper mutilated his victims by cutting open their insides. Elizabeth Stride was the only woman who wasn’t mutilated, and the police suspected the Ripper had been forced to stop due to the presence of someone…
